The Hush: two Nominations at 2003 Radio Two Folk Awards
With Dark To The Sky only available since September 2002, it came as great news to us all that we'd been nominated not once but twice in The Radio Two Folk Awards for 2003. Those nominations are:
Traditional track of The Year: "Here's the Tender Coming". Listen to it here >>
Singer of The Year: Bob Fox. Richly deserved recognition for our lead vocalist.
" Whether we win or not, we're delighted to be nominated", said The Hush producer/guitarist Jed Grimes. "We take a fairly radical approach to traditional music, and it's gratifying that people who know the music are liking what we do!"
